Our bodies do not produce Omega-3 nor Omega-6 fatty acids, we only get them from specific foods. These fatty acids are called essential because our bodies require them to support cell membranes function in our cardiovascular, reproductive, immune, and nervous systems. These essential fatty acids (EFAs) regulate body functions such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood clotting, fertility, conception, and they play a role in regulating inflammation and helping the body to fight infections.
Marsha’s power punch is loaded with these EFAs.
